Coach Noel Sousa brings a rich background in football, including many years in coach in Portuguese Clubs, experience coaching at the Barca Academy, winning the Reserves WNPL League with Adelaide University SC, and many years coaching in Grasshopper Soccer. He holds a Diploma in Sport Development and Fitness, a UEFA C License, and is pursuing his AFC/FAA B License. His career highlights include leading the U18 Sturt Lions to their first finals appearance and successfully coaching teams like Moreton Bay Jets in NPL Queensland to avoid relegation. Noel’s approach to coaching focuses on fostering a love for the game, respect for its core values, and developing young talent to their full potential.
