Hi guys,
Anyone that’s purchased one of my heaters knows that I ask for their phone number. I do this because I want to personally speak to every single customer.

I insist on this because I want to be sure you’re being sold the right heater for your setup.

To me, it’s bad business to sell a product that’s not fit for purpose. By doing this I ensure that every single customer knows exactly what they’re getting. I want to be sure that you as the customer, are confident knowing that my heaters are right for you, and I know that the heater is being used correctly. That’s good for you the customer, and also good for me. It’s all about customer satisfaction. If you purchase one my heaters, you also get the service you’d expect.

You can have your heater delivered or you can pick it up from my house in Sydney. This isn’t my full time job. I work during the week, but I’ll always make time for my customers.

Any information I give you, is my opinion and based on my experience. I’m just here to help you make the right choice.

The heaters I sell are quality heaters with top quality components. Also, my manufacturer has been building heaters for over 25yrs. They’re also backed up by a 2yr warranty and my service is there anytime you need it. I don’t care what day of the week or time it is. I’m available.
