This is the first time I’ve not hand stirred a risotto myself. Risotto’s were my thing.
Game changer!
This dinner was done and dusted in 15 or so minutes in the thermi. No stirring and pure perfection 👌🏼
I used a mixture of brown shrooms and shiitake.
The air fried crispy Brussel sprouts were a Kristy addition, as were some fennel fronds from my garden and a splash of cream because I love the richness it gives. My veggie stock paste that I made in the thermi on the weekend also made a huge difference!
Not as salty and more fresh.
As a huge foodie, I am continually impressed.
