Andrew’s journey into DJing started five years ago when a friend from Sydney introduced him to mixing. After one spontaneous session on CDJs, he quickly got hooked—mixing nearly every weekend for two years.

His first festival experience was Odysee, and his debut bush set followed soon after at Intergalactic Groove 2. Since then, Andrew has performed regularly at bush doofs, hosted events in Geraldton, and moved to Perth to immerse himself fully in the scene.

In 2024, he launched his first outdoor event with two crew members. In 2025, Andrew debuted his new project NO MERCI, a personal exploration of dirty prog, a gritty, dark progressive sound that reflects his evolving style and vision.

He’s already produced seven original tracks with custom-designed basslines and has another outdoor event lined up later this year, featuring an international guest making their Australian debut.

we welcome alex to the infra red podcast to explore the world of the nightclub and music industry in perth. Born a raised in perth city zero666/alex worked his way up from being homless after being kicked out on the streets after arguing with his family after his mothers passing.
After sleeping on and off in the streets and saving any loose change he had he managed to step by step get into better and better accommodation and started managing small hotels and restaurants. He went on manage some of the biggest nightclubs in perth at aberdeen nightclub, Perth mess hall and villa nighclub.
During his work at the venues he started a dubstep event after the end of covid, that surprising had a huge turn out of 350 people.
Knowing that there is a huge audience and artist database he went on to do 20+ events over 2-3 years.
