Manning Gorge! In my opinion the best gorge on the Gibb. Absolutely stunning waterfall with crystal clear waters to swim in at the end. Firstly you must swim across the river by placing your belongings in a bucket and carrying it across. The beauty is that you must do this at the end as well so by the time you hike the 5km return trip back you are looking forward to a cool swim.

El Questro Gorge hike. 6.8 kms along narrow springs fed creeks and beautiful swimming holes and waterfalls. ❤️❤️ Some of us only made it half way as you had to climb up a massive rock for the challenging second half and we couldn’t get our old fat arses up 😂😂😂 We relaxed in the swimming hole while the young ones kept going. Either way a stunning hike. ❤️

An early start was absolutely worth it! 🌅
We experienced the breathtaking Yellow Water Sunrise Cruise in Kakadu, and it was unforgettable. Watching the sun rise over the wetlands while spotting crocodiles, buffalo, sea eagles, jabirus, and countless other birds was an incredible experience.
If you’re visiting Kakadu, this is one experience you shouldn’t miss. Nature at its absolute best! 🐊🦅💛

So wishing we were back in the warm weather here again. 🌤️🔥
We very rarely have had a winter the last few years with always being north or outback in the winter months.
The only perk to being cold is cuddling our precious grandbaby. 👼 Waiting until she is old enough to steal her away and travel with us . 🤪🥰
In the meantime enjoy our trip down memory lane with our last day in Darwin, another float down Berry Springs and exploring Cullen Bay marina. ❤️❤️
