We’re looking for a QUALIFIED 1st CLASS STAINLESS STEEL SHEET METAL WORKER to join our manufacturing team based in Chevallum, specialising in stainless steel and sheetmetal fabrication for commercial and residential applications
Immediate start for the successful applicant
Call us regardng a full time or part time position
Above award rates, overtime available when required
Requirements for the position include:
Trade qualified
TIG welding skills are essential
High level work and quality standards are required
A strong understanding of, and compliance with relevant health & safety procedures
Good communication skills
Self-motivation is important, with the ability to work unsupervised.
Duties for the successful applicant will include (but are not limited to):
Competent sheet metal working skills including hand and power tools, guillotine and brake press experience
Reading and interpreting project plans, shop drawings, and other written instructions
Collaborating with other team members in the workshop, and on site jobs as required
Licence requirements include:
Drivers license, and reliable transport
A construction white card is essential
Note: All applications are subject to an in-house weld test - relevant PPE requirements apply.
