Welp it’s that time again!

When I went away for my birthday weekend I realised I needed to do that a lot more often! It really helped me to reconnect and rebalance.

So here I am again only this time it’s a few days longer and it’s in combination with a brand new type of project I have not tackled yet.

Slight teaser here. I’m super excited and all dates were confirmed today 😍. Work then rest!

On a personal note:
Life is so wild and unpredictable, hold your dear ones, fluffy ones, feathery ones, scaley ones and weirdly beautiful ones a little closer. It’s never enough time that we get with them.

I’m putting together some amazing collaborators and resources for my clients and for some upcoming projects right now, so I made a post looking for makeup artists. Today I met with the most phenomenal women, Tam from - the stars have aligned here today! Felt like I’d known her for years. Just synchronicity after synchronicity.

She’s just moved from Melbourne to Perth and has close to 20 years experience in the beauty industry. She literally does every service you can think of.

For my spiritually grounded women, Tam is a real one 🫶🏽

You could set yourself up a few days before a shoot - get your body prepped with all her things then book your makeup for the day you see me! She offers so many amazing options!

So cool to meet you today 🙏🏽🫶🏽

The Wild Soul Village - what a tribe of women and bubbas! So much fun!

They are also building their website with me and so that is coming soon!

They are a collective of women serving women through the motherhood journey, through the self discovery and self healing journey. They are honouring themselves as they too move through maiden, mother, crone and beyond phases of their own lives.

It’s enriching being in their vicinity and feeling their magic 🪄. Lots and lots of gifts within every single one of them. So so beautiful.

I just pinch myself with how lucky I am to get to have them as clients lots of collaboration ahead!

Oh my goodness, now this is a blast from the past. This is from HIGH SCHOOL. The model is Tracey (I don’t recall her last name - if anyone remembers her name please message me). My childhood years were really rough so a lot of that time is blocked out.

This was for a project where I designed and made this dress, it was very punk! A veil, tartan accents, black, rock n roll! Obviously my focus was more on the artistic photography side of things 🤣 and I probably only had access to the paint 🎨 program or something to edit the colours lol 😂 but the composition is actually fire 🔥.

It just goes to show, that you actually do know what your passions are as a child and sometimes it takes a while for you to come to those realisations once the world persuades you into other directions.

I have been looking at my old artworks, well the ones that survive the mould contamination of 2020 that is. (Sadly I had to throw a lot of my work away due to mould spores). I was obsessed with art - songwriting and singing, painting and drawing, fashion design and yes lots and lots of photography.

I wish I had the original photos of these. Maybe I do on a memory card or usb stick somewhere and maybe I will find them one day. Who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️. But wow! This was so good for me to rediscover now that I am focusing on expanding my photography skills.

My favourite shot of Eliza from !

She’s a public speaker and educator on all things ADHD. A very inspirational woman, I am in awe of her commitment to children and adults alike. How she does it all I don’t know.

This was our 3rd collaboration together and this time it was a little different. We focused a lot on setting up our shots in way that her team would be able to extract what they need to add them to her very graphics based branding. Check out her page and you’ll see what I mean.
