It was a privilege to be in charge of the video production for the IWT Margaret Rive 4 star event. We had Paul Van Bellen on dedicated drone coverage, so i was able to focus on getting all the beach vibes and interviewing the key players on the day. Knowing that we had the action covered I was able to focus on alternative coverage , characters in the event and some extra tripod /tele lens coverage.
Having Rob Goyen calling the action delivered some great audio to backbone the whole showcase.
For this event video we really wanted to let the audience get to know the personalities of the riders- and i think we did a great job of that.
With high performance conditions, great action coverage and great characters the edit was a blast to put together.

I havent pulled the trigger on buying prints but for those of you sailing on the day they available from him for $30 a pop ($10 for low res)

It is pretty cool to have a proper photographer with decent lenses shooting the ancient art of wave wind sailing.
