We failed our Dream Lap of Australia 😩

If you caught our latest YouTube episode on Friday you know what we are talking about... We recently released our SKT Signature Series caravan with Urban Caravans, which as you can imagine is a tedious process & our date to set-off on our "Dream Lap" was delayed by 4 months. This meant we have been travelling in the off-season for the last few months. Now, we are not complaining, we have had some amazing weather and shown you guys some incredible places to add to your own Dream Lap. Part of the Dream Lap Series is to showcase all the best places at the best time of the year to you guys, so we've unfortunately had to make the decision to skip through Victoria so we don't arrive in the Top End too late ☀️🌧️🌀

So, there is one group of people we owe an apology to, and thats the Victorians! We absolutely LOVE Victoria, if you've followed our channel for a while you'll know its basically our second home & we have spent a lot of time there! ❤️

In our latest episode we sit down and chat about all the places we would revisit in Victoria & reminisce on our time there! Get your pen & paper ready, because you don't want to miss these spots 👌

The Otways Redwood Forest 🌲
These giants reach up to 60 metres tall, and standing beneath them feels absolutely unreal! One of the most peaceful and surreal spots we’ve ever visited.

SAVE this post for your next waterfall adventure in the Otways 💦🌿

We spent the night at the free camp at Beauchamp Falls, and explored the nearby waterfalls & forest 🙌
📍 Beauchamp Falls – A 2.5km return walk from the campground takes you to this stunning waterfall surrounded by ferns and towering trees. The hike it quite steep, so we would recommend giving yourself at least 30mins to walk in.
📍 Hopetoun Falls – Just down the road from Beauchamp Falls and only a short & easy 1km return trip. The falls are beautiful!

We would highly recommend adding these waterfalls to your bucket list if you’re exploring the Great Otway National Park

Great Ocean Road Highlights 🌊🚐
Some of the most iconic stops along Australia’s most scenic drive 👇
📍 12 Apostles: Limestone sea stacks formed by erosion, but only 7 remain today & yet they’re still one of the most photographed spots in the country.
📍 Gibson Steps: Walk 86 steps down to the beach and you can really see how massive those cliffs are.
📍 The Grotto: A sinkhole with ocean views! We think this is one of the most photogenic spots on the coast.
📍 London Bridge: This spot actually used to be connected to land, until it collapsed in 1990 (with two people still on it 😳)
⛺️ We camped at Princetown Recreation Reserve which is nice and close to all these iconic spots.
