My progress so far from march to now so proud of how far I’ve come from that skinny guy to over 80kg still got along way to go from smoking w**d eveyday and doin coke to doin no drugs at all and just staying disciplined and consistent this what it’s all about you can do anything if you put your mind to it don’t stop no matter if someone hates you or tells you you’ll be nothing ✨

Let’s get deep for a minute this dog my puppy my little luna saved my life. The amount of times I start crying after my best mate died. My daughter passed away and she would just come and sit on my lap. Just let me hurt her. Just let me hold her. I don’t know where I would be without this dog. That’s why this is a luna appreciation post. Cause if I didn’t have this dog I’d be gone
