È stata una giornata bellissima, di quelle vere. Un giro fatto con ragazzi conosciuti per caso, lì, nelle miniere, e in pochissimo tempo si sono creati legami forti. Forse perché nessuno è qui a caso, siamo tutti mossi da qualcosa, anche quando non sappiamo ancora bene cosa. Girando quest’isola mi ha colpito profondamente questo paese, i suoi animali, la sua terra. Qui il tempo sembra essersi fermato e, a parte dove l’uomo ha costruito, tutto è rimasto come migliaia di anni fa. Si sente una connessione profonda con la terra. Alla fine, più che cercare altro, sto imparando a essere grato e a trovare la felicità nelle cose semplici, qui e ora.
