Hey everyone, meet Prue!

I’m so excited to finally give you a little sneak peek at the main character of my next children’s book, Prue and the Sea of Secrets.

Prue is a curious little girl with a very special connection to the sea and a story waiting to be uncovered.

This is just a first sneak peek illustration, but I think Prue is pretty special already.

I can’t wait to watch her story come to life and introduce you to the world she’s about to discover.

In this third and final book of the series, you’ll reconnect with some familiar faces, visit special places and of course, experience a little bit of magic along the way.

Can’t wait for you all to read it.

What a special night.

The Six Noongar Seasons at His Majesty’s Theatre was a beautiful meeting of culture, music and Country.

Hearing Gina Williams’ poetry in the Noongar language, paired with the extraordinary music of Australian Baroque, was absolute magic.

A huge congratulations to Aaron Wyatt, who brought this incredible work together.

Thank you to Amber and Melissa for having us. It was such a beautiful and memorable evening.

It was lovely to finally meet Her Excellency Mrs Carla Saragoca, the newly appointed Ambassador of Portugal to Australia, and to see Her Excellency Ms Teresa Kol de Alvarenga, Consul General of Portugal in Sydney, again during a quick visit to Perth. 🇵🇹

A big thank you to the Honorary Consul of Portugal in Perth, John Da Silva, for hosting the Meet & Greet and bringing together members of our Portuguese-Australian community.

I’m looking forward to reconnecting with the two of them again later this year when they return to WA for the WA Portuguese Citizen of the Year Awards.

A lovely afternoon of conversation, connection and inspiring women.

A big thank you to the Portuguese Australian Women's Association Incorp for bringing us together and especially to President Manuela Marques and committee members Cindy and Sami for having us.

Thank you also to our moderator, Brendan Augustin, for guiding such an engaging conversation about our journeys and the twists, turns, challenges and opportunities that shaped our careers and our lives.

It was an absolute pleasure to share the panel with three incredible women, each with such different career paths and experiences: astronomer Elisabete da Cunha, strategic consultant, career and culture specialist, clinical hypnotherapist and epidemiologist Cema Santos , and digital creator and artist Vera Pereira.

Lastly, a special thank you to the Portuguese Australian Women’s Association for the lovely recognition. It was a real honour to be included alongside so many inspiring women in our community. 🇵🇹❤️
