Hi! I am Dr MJ, Active Mama Coach, Reiki Practitioner & Meditation Teacher and program creator of Start Exercising for Mothers and Flex & Flo.

Mum of a teen, tween and preschooler. I am an award winning pregnancy & postpartum exercise & nutrition coach. I am most passionate about helping outnumbered, working mums who struggle with maintaining the healthy lifestyle habits they know they need to do and help them feel confident of their bodies and become authentic role models of healthy living to their children.
