Way to go Jeff Allen

Jeff and Cahill Allen are a father and son 2UP team driving out of our Perth depot.

What keeps them here is simple: Strong support, a well-connected team, and the respect drivers get both on the road and in the office.

Jeff has been driving with Centurion on and off for 17 years, running routes between the mines and now carting Australia Post freight to Karratha five times a fortnight. Cahill grew up around trucks, so teaming up was a natural step - a hands-on way to pass on experience and get solid support from day one.

Their favourite routes include the coastal run to Karratha and inland to Broome. When they’re not behind the wheel, Jeff runs a music school, retail shop, and band - a shared love of Aussie rock that keeps the cab conversations going.

Working closely as a team has taught them patience and perspective. Their advice to other parent-child duos thinking about 2UP? Listen, be flexible, and treat it like a two-way learning street.
