We deployed dual timelapse cameras across the latest Q Design & Construct project in Hazelmere, WA, and it's easy to see why. With a total site area of 35,550m² including a 7,500m² warehouse, a specialist workshop, wash bay and sandblast facilities, plus a stunning two-storey architecturally designed main office, no single camera could do it justice.

We’re proud to partner with Housing All Australians and Uniting WA in celebrating the opening of Wyn Carr House, a supported transitional accommodation for older women experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

When we were approached to join the project and supply low bono services, it was an easy yes. Contributing to this project was an extremely rewarding experience.
Our timelapse cameras were proud to capture the incredible refurbishment of this important project, showcasing the transformation and progress along the way.

The private sector has an important role to play in Australia's housing crisis, and we're proud to play our part in the solution. Wyn Carr House reflects the impact that can be achieved when we all work together with a shared purpose, public and private sectors alike. It was an honour to join forces with other value-aligned private sector organisations and make such a tangible impact on our community.

Deep underground at the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project, two tunnel boring machines are underground carving critical infrastructure that will help secure Perth’s long-term water supply.

To document this challenging work, Sitevisuals provided an advanced timelapse camera solution directly mounted to the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) operating in high temperatures, with no wireless connectivity, intermittent power and extreme vibration. With rugged equipment and deep local storage image recording, Sitevisuals captured the tunnel boring as it happened, frame by frame, metre by metre.

🎥 Nearly 4 years. One camera. An entire era captured.
Since May 2021, our timelapse camera has been watching over one of Perth's most meaningful community transformations — the demolition of the beloved old Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club and the rise of its spectacular new home at Ocean Reef Marina.

There's something special about watching a transformation of this scale unfold frame by frame. What was once a familiar landmark is now being reimagined into a modern space for the community to enjoy for years to come.

From the farewell to a clubhouse steeped in 40+ years of memories, through every slab, frame and fit-out, to the doors finally opening on a brand-new waterfront facility — our longest on-site camera has seen it all. 🌊

It's always a privilege to document projects that matter to communities, not just contractors. The ORSSC rebuild is exactly that a landmark moment for Perth's northern coast and the families who've called this club home for generations.

This one's been rolling since May 2021, and honestly? Worth every second. ⏳

Yanchep is changing 👀
We’ve just wrapped up a timelapse capture of the new Yanchep Beach Club construction, documenting every stage from early groundworks through to structure taking shape.
Installing a long-term timelapse camera on the coast like at Yanchep comes with a unique set of challenges. Coastal environments are tough on equipment, especially over months or years of continuous exposure.
Salt-laden air is the biggest enemy, accelerating corrosion on metal components, fixings and mounts. Without the right materials and sealing, even high-quality gear can deteriorate quickly.
Our coastal areas also experience strong, unpredictable winds. That’s why our robust, purpose-built equipment is designed and rated to meet the highest regional wind classifications in Australia, built to withstand whatever the environment throws at it.
Because when you’re capturing progress long-term on the coast, reliability isn’t optional, it’s essential.
it’s great to see this project open its door bringing vibrancy and become a new landmark for the Yanchep coastline 🌊

Not a bad office view for a timelapse camera install 👀
Captured from the top of one of the WACA Towers, 74m up, while setting up a 3-year timelapse overlooking a nearby site.
This install was no small feat, our team spent 1.5 hours climbing and safely hauling 60kg of equipment to the top, overcoming the challenge of lifting every piece of gear securely at height.
Proof that some jobs really do come with an incredible view.
To top it off, our General Manager got to take on this epic install on his birthday. Not a bad way to celebrate! 🎉

It’s not every day you get to watch paint dry and call it great content 😉
Over just 9 days, Sitevisuals had a front-row seat to see this incredible 55-metre mural come to life at Dunreath Village Shopping Centre, the first artwork commissioned by Skyfields as it adds vibrancy to the area.

The piece depicts a pilot driving his customised 1950s-era Lincoln to work, blending aviation heritage with everyday movement and transforming a once-blank wall into a bold new landmark for the precinct.

From a timelapse perspective, this project was all about patience and precision.
Positioned on the neighbouring DFO building, our state of the art timelapse camera captured every brushstroke, documenting the full transformation frame by frame without interrupting the creative process. Following that our media team recorded and produced interviews with the mind behind the mural, Cale Hummerston, and Perth Airport’s Chief Property Officer, Dan Sweet.
