A bit late to the party, but here’s some Halloween inspiration from the Perth Royal Show and a few of the rides we managed to squeeze in after dark. Been a bit slack posting lately, so here’s one from the backlog.

One minute it’s Halloween decorations 🎃 the next it’s work 🧑🏼‍🏭

Being creative is fun... but it takes time, patience, and plenty of mistakes. Learning can’t be rushed. Every failed attempt teaches something, and that’s all part of the adventure. 🎃

🎃 Halloween experiments underway. 🧪 Mystery concoctions in progress. 🍬 First batch of homemade marshmallows completed.
Results:
Not perfect.
Slightly questionable.
Surprisingly edible.
Science has occurred.
Honestly, that's a win.

Our first go at marshmallow’s made with marshmallow root. It went pretty great considering I couldn’t find where I’d hidden our candy thermometer and our new stick whisk didn’t appreciate being used for so long.

I’ll definitely be doing it again. But for now we will enjoy this sweet fluff!

Doing some work for a mate and came home with some fresh spray cans.
Absolutely stoked with the colours and can’t wait to try them out. Now it’s time to find some energy, some inspiration, and get cracking on a big Halloween piece I definitely shouldn’t be staring. 🎃🎨🔥

More spray paint.
More Halloween projects.
Less chance of sensible decisions.

Spotlight gave us a voucher discount.
At that point, buying spray paint for Halloween decorations stopped being a choice and became an obligation.
Checked out the Halloween decorations and fabric while we were there.
Definitely left with inspiration.
Definitely not enough money.
