Sourdough discard crumpets..
quick easy and uses a lot of discard. I did notice u have to be patient when cooking and not turn over to fast..
1cup discard
1/2 t baking soda
1t sugar/sweetener
1/2t salt
Mix together and cook in rings that are hot and have been oiled. Make sure your pan is seasoned. Also make sure you start heating your pan before u mix.
