My house currently looks like a tiny matcha warehouse 😱😂🤭🍵🏡

I genuinely didn’t realise how much mental and physical load goes into hosting something like this.

But honestly, seeing my children help and witnessing their mom step out of her comfort zone, has made this whole experience feel really special 🥹

I hope they grow up knowing that bravery isn’t about always succeeding or having everything figured out. Sometimes it’s simply being willing to try, even when things feel uncertain.

I’m also incredibly grateful for my husband, who has truly been my pillar through all of this, and to for being such an amazing brand to work with. They’ve genuinely listened, supported my ideas, and collaborated with me in the best way possible 🤍

And truthfully, I didn’t expect the workshop to sell out this quickly. A part of me genuinely thought nobody would want to come… so I’m just really humbled and grateful 🥰

I think this process is teaching me that creating meaningful experiences for people takes so much more care behind the scenes than we realise.

It’s been awhile since my last solo date, what with all the school break and first week of school…

Today, I finally checked out . If I’m honest, made me do it, because she raved so much about their Sesame Prawn Toast 🤪

But I finally get it. I finally get what the hype is about! I wanted to go try Zonts for the longest time, but I was too lazy to go all the way to Northbridge LOL. So when they finally opened in East Vic Park, I told myself there’s no excuse now, I really have to go check it out.

And it totally didn’t disappoint. In fact, it really caught me by surprise, because there’s no way a simple Sesame Prawn Toast could be that good, but it was, to the last bite 😋🦐

Their Ice Matcha Ube was also really good! I decided to bring my own reusable cup because one, it helps them save a bit of cost, two, I love seeing beautiful colours in my drink. It makes me happy, and plus, I can show you how beautiful the colours are too 💜

And because I’m such a good mama, I had to buy a box for my kiddos for their after school treat, and a matchamisu croissant for myself for arvo tea 💕
