🤣🤣 LOL to my crash out over cutting onions half way through.

Pumpkin Soup

1.5 kg pumpkin
2 large onions
4 whole garlic cloves
1 litre chicken stock
200mls cream or coconut cream

Add pumpkin, onion, garlic and stock to pot.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until pumpkin is very tender.
Blitz until smooth
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir through cream.

350g coconut cream
500g bread flour
12g salt

Every Friday the kids sleep in our room and we watch a movie and eat snacks. We also used to have Maccas for dinner but it seriously cost more than going out to a restaurant. So now we have Friday night Nuggie Night! 1kg of nuggets and all the sauces to choose from… all for less than 1 happy meal.

How did I not jump on this trend sooner???

The viral dumpling lasagne is so insanely delish I’m not sure I can go a day without eating it.

ALSO! Why have I slept on the crispy chili oil for so long? I’m not a massive spice girly but the Marion’s Kitchen Crispy Chili Oil is next level and not too spicy!
