Meet Noah Fox - Junior Live Production Technician & Admin Assistant at Outlook Communications

Bringing energy, technical skill and a keen eye for detail, Noah Fox is a valuable part of the Outlook Communications team. In his role as Junior Live Production Technician and Admin Assistant, Noah contributes across key areas including lighting and audio operation, gear preparation, and on site technical support - playing a hands-on role in delivering seamless live events from start to finish.

Noah discovered his passion for live production during high school while working on musicals, where he quickly developed a love for the backstage environment. This enthusiasm has led him to pursue a Bachelor of Audio Engineering and Sound Production at JMC Academy, where he is currently building his expertise in both sound and lighting technology.

Outside of the live events industry, Noah is an avid sports fan. Whether it’s kicking a footy or playing basketball, he’s always up for a game 🏈 🏀

Bringing precision, creativity, a strong work ethic and fresh perspective to every project he works on, we’re proud to have Noah on board.

This past Friday, we had the honour of supporting the Sorrento community for ANZAC Day - a day that holds such deep meaning for us and many across Australia 🇦🇺

At Outlook Communications, we were privileged to provide the audio, sound, and at home televised streaming for both the Dawn and Midday Service. This day is a powerful reminder of the strength, courage and sacrifice shown by those who have, and continue, to serve our country.

We pay our deepest respects to all past and present servicemen and women - Your bravery and commitment will never be forgotten. Thank you to the Sorrento community for allowing us to be a part of honouring such an important day. Lest we forget.

The Sorrento Portsea RSL, with the support of Outlook Communications, is proud to offer a live stream of the 2025 ANZAC Day Service live from Sorrento Foreshore Cenotaph— allowing all who cannot attend in person the opportunity to pay their respects and be part of this important tradition.

Whether you’re gathering with family, tuning in from afar, or taking a quiet moment to reflect, we welcome you to join us as we honour those who have served and continue to serve our country.

Meet Erica - Live Production Crew Member at Outlook Communications

Since joining Outlook Communications in 2016, Erica has brought passion, precision, and creative flair to every event. Graduating from RMIT with a Diploma in Live Production and Technical Services, Erica quickly established herself as a skilled and adaptable technician.

Her experience spans a diverse range of productions, from professional and amateur musical theatre to sporting events, cultural festivals and outdoor markets. Whether it’s refining the perfect lighting sequence for a stage performance or ensuring high quality audio for a major event, Erica is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Erica is a proud supporter of the next generation of creatives - inspiring young talent to explore the world of musical theatre, sound, lighting and stage production.

When not on site, you’ll likely find Erica at cosplay conventions, behind a camera lens, diving into a great book or gaming. 🎮🎭
