For someone who should have been diagnosed with ADHA many years ago, I have functioned pretty well until I realised I CAN’T Relax.

I’ve tried so many things journaling, meditation and lots more but the attention span I had always wavered. I was back to feeling not good enough because I couldn’t switch off.

But one thing I did notice was that most of the time I would ask myself a couple of questions that prompted me to lay things out.

So the day came when I thought nope stuff this I need something to help and I mean really help me.

And that’s where my reflection and gratitude wind down came into it. A quick little get things off my chest before I hit the sack because if I didn’t I would be up at 2am thinking about yesterday.

Not only does this little beauty which I personally use on Noteability it also have my one page morning routine and my daily to do list.

Everything kept in one place, easy access that I can do in a minute or 2.

And guess what the best thing is I am actually sleeping so much better since using this.

Wouldn’t you like to sleep better and not be worrying all the time?

I thought it was about time to share the ups, the downs and everything in between, horses, family, business and more.

I’m Amy a wife, mother and business owner trying to make a living with the rising costs of everything in life.

I’m over all the “I did this and made $47000 in a month” crap it sets so many people up to fail. Nothing is a quick fix so why do so many sell it that way for people to fall into the trap.
