But romantic love? Love tests you. It refines you. It awakens you. It’s a hot burning fire that will test what you are made of. It will force you to surrender or make you run and hide.

What makes you believe your children will be safer in this world because of your money?
What makes you believe that without your provision, they will not be okay?
That the world itself will not rise to meet them, guide them, and provide for them in ways you could never plan?

Why is it money you trust above all else?
Why do we believe we must be financially set up before life can feel secure?
And can it truly be the answer, can it truly be the truth, if the chase for security is fuelled by fear?

Fear has a cost.
It pulls you out of this moment.
It closes your heart.
It blinds you to love.

If the price of security is the loss of love here and now, can that really be right?

What if your children would be richer with something money could never buy?
What if they would be better off because every day they saw their mother or father choose love over fear?
Because they learned, by watching you, to reject fear, to not get lost in it, to not react from it, but to stay in their hearts no matter what life brings.

What if they learned to meet the world with generosity instead of defence, to see abundance instead of lack, light instead of shadow, good instead of suspicion?
What if they grew up believing that life was already enough, that they already had it all, and from that fullness they could shine bright, love deeply, and give freely, trusting that life would give back to them in the same way?

The world will always mirror what you embody.
Whatever you carry within yourself will be reflected back to you.

Perhaps the most important work you will ever do, for yourself, for your children, and for everyone you love, is to choose love.
Every day.
Again and again.

When you choose fear, love fades.
When you choose fear, you step into your head and your heart closes.
But you can return, always, to your heart.

Love, no matter what.

Even those who seem impossible to love, especially them.
They are your teachers.
It is easy to love the kind, the safe, the ones who love you back.
But to keep your heart open to those who have hurt you, betrayed you, or taken from you, that is where love becomes unshakable.

Let them feel that love.
Watch how your world changes.
Watch how theirs changes.

There is nothing more powerful in this life than a human being who walks through the world with their heart wide open.

To the girl who thought she had to be beautiful to be loved,

I see you.

I see how hard you tried - to be perfect, to be chosen, to be enough.
I see how carefully you learned the rules no one ever said out loud.
That if you looked a certain way…
moved a certain way…
smiled just right…
maybe you’d finally feel safe.
Maybe they’d stay.

I know how early the world told you:
“Your body is your value.”
“Your beauty is your currency.”
And so you learned to lead with it -
not because you wanted to,
but because it felt like the only way you were allowed to take up space.

And every time they looked but didn’t see you,
you made it mean something about you.

But my love - it was never about your face.
Or your figure.
Or your photo.
The ones who couldn’t see you…
weren’t meant to hold you.

You don’t have to earn love anymore.
You don’t have to trade pieces of yourself to be chosen.
You don’t have to be flawless to be safe.

Because you are the one choosing now.

And I promise you -
the right person will not love you more for your angles,
or less for your imperfections.
They will love you for the way your presence feels.
For the peace in your eyes when you’re fully yourself.
For the life that shines through you when you’re unguarded.

But even more than that -
I will love you.
Here. First. Always.
You don’t need to pose for me.
You don’t need to prove a thing.

You’re already home.
You’re already whole.
You’ve already made it.

Next week, I’m going to take this journey full circle.
It began when I realised I could barely breathe in my own life — the toxicity I was surrounded by, the pain I was holding, the way I was being treated… and what I was allowing.
Then came the heartbreak — the end of a marriage, and the long, painful process of unravelling it all.

Now, I’m exploring what it means to begin again.
To open your heart after trauma.
To trust love when your nervous system has been wired for chaos — for trauma bonding, for love bombing — and you’re not even sure what healthy feels like.

But we don’t have to repeat the old patterns.
Every day is a chance to unlearn, rewire, and grow.

The healing we do within doesn’t just change us — it ripples outward, gently shifting the world around us.

I love this life. I love the depth of our emotions. The purity of all life that is moving so perfectly. It’s all here to help you wake up.
