📻 🎙️ Huge news!! The video made by Burning Pictures and Nathan Burney for the song White Knuckle Serenade performed by HALFWAYDOWN is in the finals for Catchlight Film Festival Sony Australia . They’re in the TOP 5! Maddie and Dan came into the Connect FM 100.9 - Bankstown and Auburn studios earlier this year, and played this amazing song LIVE for us in the studio! 🩷🦋🫶🏻Saturday night Charlotte’s Wish was heard loud and clear at the Gala event put on by her amazing parents Mat and Kelly. There was not a dry eye in the house as we heard from many people including Jason Clare MP , Keith from Keith Donnelly , Mat and Kelly themselves , a voice for Charlotte. UPSTANDERS- not bystanders.

ALL money raised going to Kids Helpline (Australia) . Some amazing entertainers, auctions and amazing human beings showing their support for an organisation that is there to listen to kids in need. More on this in Tuesdays show. Join me at 11am .

An independent , powerhouse ALL girls team from our local area who have taken first place in the National Universal Robotics Challenge for Advance Secondary Schools Division .
They are now off to Osaka Japan 🇯🇵 to represent Australia as the ONLY all girls team flying the Aussie flag 🇦🇺 on the world 🌍 stage!
Universal World 🤖 Robotics Challenge World Finals in the prestigious Python 🐍 Division which is the most complex programming language
