5am start 😬🤪… because apparently we’ve decided sleep is optional when adventure is calling!

Out the door by 5:30am and off we went on a “little” day trip… which somehow turned into a 14-hour, 800km mission 🚐💨

Today was all about exploring potential future home bases in the beautiful Northern Rivers NSW 🌿
Rolling hills, winding roads, big skies… and that feeling that somewhere out there might just be the spot.

Equal parts excitement, exhaustion, and “did we really just do 800kms in a day?” 😅

Back on the road now, heading home with full hearts, tired eyes, and a whole lot to think about…

This journey is getting very real 👀✨

Today’s agenda…

• supervise absolutely nothing
• make friends with horses 🐴
• lounge in a hammock like it’s a full-time job
• let the dogs run the show 🐶
• accidentally sort dinner along the way 🎣

Turns out… this kind of “unproductive” day feels pretty productive to me.

Life’s a bit slower out here… and honestly, we’re not mad about it 💛

🚐 APRIL SO FAR…

A little bit of this… a little bit of that… and a whole lot of “what are we doing next?” 😂

We’ve officially decided… stuff the fuel bill ⛽️💸

We’re heading off on a NSW road trip to find “the one” — you know… that perfect little slice of dirt to call home (and maybe park Xena without reversing 14 times 😅)

Because honestly… what’s the point of waiting?

Life’s not meant to be watched from the sidelines — it’s meant to be lived, preferably with snacks, dogs, and questionable decisions 😎🐾

Let’s see where this one takes us…
