Hello friends! Hawaya! The new event "long time no see, Hobart" will start on March 22, which is today!🥳
This event aims to show the city scenery of our Hobart area, the laid-back Tasmanian lifestyle, the warm and hospitable local people, and the colorful school life. We will collect all students’ and friends’ video clips of the University of Tasmania that are shot on their own to show others. 🎥
The winner will be awarded rich surprise prizes! Every participant* will receive a small gift from the media club!🤩
The entry category is divided into two categories: tourism promotion and daily life.
⏰Vlog collection periods: from 22nd March to 29th April
How to submit my Vlog: send Google drive sharing link or Baidu cloud disk sharing link and extraction code in the form of an email. The filled-in registration form should be attached to the email. Our email address is 🔗[email protected].🔗
❗️Basic requirements:
The total duration of the work does not exceed 2 minutes.
It is required to be original work and cannot be a copy.
Any language scenarios in the video must be expressed in English (such as the narration in the video, the person being interviewed, and the interviewer), and you can choose whether to add the corresponding English subtitles or not.
Format: video files use MPEG video compression format. Recommended file types are MPG, AVI, MOV, MP4. The size is 16:9. The file size is within 1G. (The award-winning works will be notified separately to submit the high-definition version of the works).
All entries will be initially reviewed by the media club. If any entry rules are violated, the works will not be announced, and will not be allowed to participate in this competition.
Our club will upload the videos of your entries that meet the rules to the media club's official YouTube channel and will update the videos every weekend. The deadline for video submission is April 29, and public voting will be conducted on Facebook on May 1. The competition rules are attached to the registration form. Please abide by the competition rules and actively participate in the activity!
