Pronounced Al-eeeeee-sa (& I’m sorry if I haven’t ever corrected you!!)😆✨

Why am I showing up on social media more now & doing my best to spread an important message?
You’re welcome to read, or I won’t be offended if you don’t! 😆🥰🫶

I started questioning nearly 10 years ago, why so many people in general were getting so sick so often?! 🧐

It felt SO common, why I didn’t understand?!

I had a lightbulb moment that I must try to do everything, as naturally as possible to BE as healthy as possible!

This was my “natural awakening journey” 🥰

We took away ALL toxic chemicals in our home, because I came to learn it’s not just “what we eat or drink”, but what we put ON & IN our bodies & all the EMF waves!! WILD!! 🥹

I became obsessed with natural medicines & remedies & everything we did was organic / natural as possible! We even started a Permaculture Farm & Biz as we were so passionate about reducing chems in our life! 🌴

Natural way of living became a priority for me, for my family! 💙💚

& yes, we aren’t perfect but we do our best when & where we can!!! 🥹🥰

I’ve learnt over the last few years, we ARE all Nature, we have ALL come from the One creator! The earth, the animals, us humans, we are ONE! 🥹🥹🩵💙💚✨✨

I’m soooo excited we have become a distributor at for the most beautiful/ caring Japanese company that I could have EVER imagined!! 🥹🥹

This company has been around for over 51 years and their wish is to, create positive change, create abundance for others & do business with HEART & compassion!!!! 🥹🙏🏽
Their WISH for ALL OF US is to be HEALTHY as possible + WEALTHY as possible!!! 😭

They truly know we weren’t born to be unhealthy, go through all of these sicknesses, or struggle with money!! 😭

It truly is a dream for me & one I am so so SO passionate about!! 🥹🥰

Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable! ✨✨✨

On Sunday when I had a moment to myself, instead of working (the old me decision) I CHOSE to look after myself after not feeling myself all week, I took myself down to the beach, & embraced the magical sun ~ FOR my body, my mind & my spirit! ✨✨

I sat & cried for 2 hours!! ✨✨

Yep, might sound crazy to you but I know I TRULY needed it!!!🥰

I was processing, I was allowing ALL of the emotions to just continuously, come out of me JUST as they wanted to!✨✨✨

called me in divine timing, (always) & supported me! ✨✨✨

One of the things we talked about was how society has fully programmed us that “crying” is bad, or we shouldn’t be “crying” in order to feel better, or when we hear so many people say “don’t cry” but CRYING is SO powerful!!!

Crying is a way of releasing ~ releasing all emotions / thoughts etc out of our body so the energy isn’t stuck inside!

I’ve come to learn & understand why I’ve always been such an emotional person is because I FEEL so freaking much! & when I cry it actually makes me feel FREAKING AMAZING after!!!

Especially when you let it ALL out & don’t try to “stop” it! I highly recommend it!🥰💛✨

Yesterday I felt INCREDIBLE!! 😍

Crying is not weak, it’s not something to feel stupid about, it’s just that deeper knowing / feeling / trusting that “I need to let this out of my body, in order to feel better” 🥰🥹 & I FULLY experienced this on Sunday! 💛

& if you swipe, it shows there is SO much happening in the energies of the world right now (that explained SO MUCH!), a friend sent that to me & made me remember on a deep ENERGY level ~ “This is all happening for a greater purpose”

SO if you were / are experiencing the same roller coaster of thoughts & emotions, I just want to remind you, you are NOT alone!
& to look after YOU!!! 💛🤗✨💛🤗✨

Trust the uncertainties,
Trust the divine timing of your life,
Trust the crying,
Trust the unfolding,
Trust you’re transforming,
Trust the higher power! ✨✨

Remember you GET to make a choice in your perception & only YOU get to choose the way you look at life! ✨✨✨

Last weekend we hosted, our very first Women’s Surf + Yoga Retreat at 🥹🥰

Wow ~ what a blessing it was to have these beautiful ladies come, take time out of their busy lives, step out of their comfort zones & put themselves first! ✨✨

The women walked away feeling renewed, relaxed & reconnected with themselves & nature ~ which was my goal & intension for them from the very start! 🤍💫

Feeling so grateful to have held space for these women, who have also changed my life & shown me that anything is truly possible, & that we ARE the power! 🤍

I created this weekend (with more to come!) as I truly now understand, that is SO important for us all (women especially), to step into our feminine energy! So many of us are constantly living in our masculine, working, hustling, parenting, when do we ever stop to slow down & take a breath? I know I never did, which learnt to total burnt out! 🥺

I have just completed a 12 week program with & her way of leading & teaching through feminine frequency is something I am so honoured to have learnt & will now forever EMBODY! 🤍
It is something most of us have forgotten (or if you’re like me, never been aware of!) ~ it is all within each & every one of us! 🤎
+ wow ~ thank you too, for reminding me of such TRUTH today too! So blessed! 💫

& thank you to all who made the retreat weekend so special ~ with hosting, catering, contributing to the goodie bags! So so grateful! The reviews we have received have been so heartwarming, the guests loved every moment & felt so looked after! 🤍

I’ve tried to post a story or 2 this morning of myself, however the universe had other plans 😅, so here I am posting a recent pic of us! 🥰✨

Here we gooooo ~ starting to step out of my comfort zone & into the light! 💡💫 thanks to the encouragement of Jess & her beautiful team! The Feminine Frequency Business School by has been life changing for me, for SO many reasons! 🙌🏼 I’m so grateful I am apart of this program! 🤍🤍

With this ~ I’ve been thinking lately how much I am ready to step out of my comfort zone & start sharing my own message, my own remembering, my own thoughts ~ that we are all LIGHT & how can others see our light, if I’m not sharing it? I feel like I’m only in the beginning stages, & there is soooo much to learn about spirituality & “who we truly are”, but wow, I am sooo excited to see what the future holds & see where I’ll be even in the next year!! 😍👯‍♀️💃🏻🪄🪄

I’ve come to learn from ’s Energy Archetype Quiz, that I am an “Alchemist” ~ that I’m here with “the naturally ability to see the potential in every experience and have the power to transmute shadow into light” & this truly hit this morning! 🥹😭✨✨✨
