Webbed sternum for Sariel 🖤

You know every time I get someone booking in for a large tattoo across the chest or sternum, there’s a lot of apprehension in the beginning; Often it’s a piece someone has put off for a long time. There are anxieties about how painful will the spot be, will I be able to sit for this?

But every time they sit like a rock and come out the other side absolutely stoked to discover that they are stronger than they thought they were, and forever have the bodily adornment to prove it.

If you are considering compromising on a dream tattoo because you are worried about the pain level, my advice is to trust that many people, with all tolerances, have gone through that same anxiety and have come out the other end smiling, safe and regret free. The experience of pain changes when you are in a space that is safe, working with a someone attuning to your needs and limits.
