Hey Guys! Happy 2025! Guess what… you have for illegal activities in tha name of renting…led by mob leader…the director, or shall we say “P”itch from West Side Real Estate, ADITI Whatsherface. Unless you want to have a bunch of illiterate and illicit legal battles against your tenants, we recommend staying away from Westside Realty Group! Aditi what ever her name is, illegally disposed of personal property worth a whopping $148,000 and the council has provided proof! Funny thing about this greedy loser agent, she was renting a property while trying to sell it.

14 HEADINGLEY GROVE was rented by our new signup and the tenant suffered through no internet at all in a property when the agent was told that she worked from home! Going forth, they stopped paying rent because on one salary they couldn’t pay the rent. Then this went to VCAT, where VCAT has given them possession. Back rent was paid and they were then evicted. With pets and 4 bedroom worth of stuff they didn’t get a chance to move with all of their belongings. Within the next 28 days the tenants reached out to this Cu** AND SHE CLAIMED THE LANDLORD is no longer her client. They waited and then they dumped everything including important documents. But you know KARMA comes to get you. This B!t@h is now going to face higher court for the damages!

Now if as a property owner you want to be liable for $148K plus damages by all means assign these dictators as your agents! Westside Real Estate
