Winning Apprentice of the Year in your first year on the job? That's extraordinary.

Plasser Australia Pty Ltd apprentice Ben Humphrey did exactly that at the 2025 Australian Manufacturing Awards. Now in his second year, he's still pinching himself.

What strikes us most about Ben isn't just the award - it's his mindset.
