The Hungarian Australian multi talented Istvan was born at Sátoraljaújhely in the north-east of Hungary.
István was instrumental in the development of the Break Dance - Electric Boogie scene in the 80s, he took the flourishing Hungarian scene to the Next level.
Begin hes Culinary courier from a very young age with hes Parents Restaurant which lead him to start a chef apprenticeship at one of Hungary’s top restaurant at Remiz in Budapest.
