Jennifer Forster, was the owner/editor of Why Fitness Magazine and has been ‘active’ on the Sunshine Coast since 1995. She has trained and competed at an elite level, co-managed two gyms and created and founded the successful women's fitness business, Goal Power Training. In 2011 Jen was awarded the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network’s title of Sports Business Woman of the Year. Jen’s passion

has always been to challenge herself and those around her to do better and be better. Constantly driven to improve her own life, she has sought forums, mentors, coaches and other education to transform every area of her life. Combining her fitness coaching and life coaching qualifications along with the multitude of other learnings she has acquired, she is your secret weapon to transforming your life too.
