Just $6 will feed a child like Joy for an entire month. $60 will feed 10 children. More than a meal, it’s providing a future.

This is Joy Patience. She’s 12 years old, lives in a refugee settlement in Uganda, and dreams of becoming an accountant. But hunger makes everything harder. Separated from her parents, Joy now lives with her aunt.

Most days, there’s not enough food to go around. But a single school meal changes everything. It gives her the strength to learn and the hope that life can be different.

August 21 is Take Away Hunger Day! But you can get in early and help children like Isaac right now!

Just $6 feeds one child at school for a full month. A gift of $60 feeds 10 children like Isaac, giving them the strength to learn, play, and dream.

Isaac’s laughter fills the schoolyard. His stories draw a crowd. But behind the joy is a hard truth, he’s growing up without his parents, and sometimes without anything to eat at home.

Your support is changing that. Thanks to a daily school meal from Feed The Hungry, Isaac can focus in class, play football with friends, and dream of becoming a doctor, just like his mother was.

“When I come to school, I feel fresh,” Isaac says. “At lunchtime, it is good… but please bring more meals so that none of my friends go hungry.”

Right now, children like Andrew in Uganda are waiting... hungry, hopeful, and in need of your help.

Andrew has already been through more than most adults ever will. He lost his family, fled danger, and arrived in Uganda with almost nothing. For a long time, he faced hunger alone and unsure where his next meal would come from.

Today, a daily school lunch is helping him turn the page. With food in his stomach, Andrew can finally focus in class and chase his dream of becoming a scientist to help others.
