Meet Shane from Space Plants VGS 🌿

Their mission is to help people love plants for the atmosphere they create.

Striving to give plants a voice and to help them comfortably grow in the spaces where they have the biggest positive impact on people and the environment.

Whether it be growing plants in your apartment, office, restaurant or up the wall of a 70 story skyscraper.

Spaceplants are a team of scientists, environmental professionals, educators and horticulturalists who are passionate about giving plants a voice.

They see that plants will play a critical role on future sustainable cities design and aim to be there to help people get the most out of their relationship with plants and move forward into the future with confidence and inspiration.

Shane delivered some beautiful plants to me and was full of wisdom.

Sharing is caring so here i go.....

One thing I practised this past year was manifesting. Well.... what i thought was manifesting was actually not.

Now.......I don't manifest. I become the signal.

I invite you to come along and learn how to 'become the signal' . 🌈 This is super powerful and works.

Manifesting from Coherence includes:

• A clearer, heart-led intention — and a deeper awareness of where static or mixed signals may still be present

• A practical, body-inclusive model of creation (beyond mindset alone)

• The ability to recognise when your system is broadcasting contraction — and tools to begin shifting back into coherence

• A lived, somatic experience of elevated states such as freedom and joy

• Clear understanding of what actually sustains frequency over time — and what doesn’t

There is also a simple constellation-style somatic process — standing in different frequencies — so your body can recognise the difference between:

🌼 striving and certainty
🌼 wanting and being
🌼 pressure and coherence
🌼 desire and safety to receive

This creates a felt reference point — so coherence stops being a concept and starts becoming something your system can recognise and return to.

Healthy food can be so challenging to find but healthy TASTY food is even harder to find. 😉

Seed oils are in almost everything and we wonder why so many people are sick.🥴

Ive made my own spicy cashew sauce to accompany my veggies. 🌿 Healthy and Tasty.... ticks all the boxes.

Today i experienced a beautiful access bars session with this lovely lady Reena Terreping.

Access bars is an energy healing modality which involves lightly touching 32 points on the head.

These "bars" are thought to store the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and the therapy aims to release this energy, promoting mental clarity, stress reduction, and a sense of calm by bringing the body and mind into harmony.
