Just in case you’ve been wondering why I went super quiet on my socials and what I’ve been up to! 💗🐠
We’ve been working super hard on our Marine Tank lately. In the last 6 months we’ve added more rock work, more live corals, and more fish! 😍🐠
But with the above came a s**t load of bio load! Because you see, marine aquariums aren’t just fish tanks, they are entire ecosystems! When one thing shifts in an ecosystem, everything has to adapt around it! 🤓
So after the shift, we had a small phase of the “ugly stage” of a fish tank, where everything is settling back down. After a lot of hard work from my partner and myself, a lot of water testing, dosing and tweaking of the system. We finally made it back to a good spot and everything is now thriving! 🥰🐠🪸💗
There are so many misconceptions about the marine keeping hobby, so if you’d like to know more. Pop a comment below, and I’ll answer as best as I can! 🥰🥰🥰
