It’s Mental Health Month, which is your reminder to check in with yourself and do something for your mental health and wellbeing. 💪💪

UNSW Calisthenics Society is partnering with Team Flex & Red Dragon Nutritionals this Mental Health Month to promote fitness, wellbeing, and to raise awareness about mental health.

Come find us this Wednesday from 11am - 3pm to try out some samples and prizes brought to you by Team Flex! Also, make sure to check out some of UNSW's other events!

Get ready for the ultimate Tri-Uni Sets & Reps Calisthenics Competition, hosted by UNSW Calisoc, UTS Calisoc, and USYD Gymsoc!
📍 Location: Village Green Outdoor Gym (by the rock climbing wall)
🕑 Time: 2:00PM – 4:30PM

Whether you’re an advanced athlete or a complete beginner, this event is for everyone!
Competitors will be split into three divisions:

🟢 Beginners – $55 Meteor Resistance Band Set
🔵 Intermediates – $50 Wooden Parallettes
🔴 Advanced – $50 DMoose Weighted Dip Belt
