“Oops! What NOT to Do on Stage!”

Where I keep it real as sometimes it can be awkward.

Spoiler alert: I didn’t realise my bra was chilling on my keyboard during a performance until I watched the footage! Good Grief! 😳

Let’s just say I wasn’t about to redo the take, so I thought, “Deal with it!” 😂 Editing this was like having the patience of the parrot on Jafar’s shoulder—just waiting for the right moment to show the world my goofy side!

How to find comfort in heartache? Psalm 34:18The depths of heartache, can honestly feel as though we are alone in our pain, but this verse reminds us that the Lord stands close by, ready to comfort us. Understanding that God is near when we are brokenhearted can be a powerful source of hope. We can apply this to our lives by seeking His presence through prayer, meditation, and community support. Sharing our struggles with trusted friends or family can also help us feel less isolated, as we remember that God works through others to bring healing and encouragement. Embracing our vulnerability can lead to deeper connections and the comfort we seek. I’m thankful for how God puts the right people in your path to remind you your not alone 🥹

"Always Remember Us This Way" Cover by Patricia Horwood

In "A Star Is Born", Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper deliver a raw and emotional story that struck a chord with me as someone with a mental health background.

The film beautifully portrays the complexities of love, especially when addiction and mental health issues are involved.
The song "Always Remember Us This Way" serves as a haunting reminder of the love that can exist even in the darkest times.

Watching the way the characters navigate their struggles made me cry for weeks. It was heartbreaking to see how deeply he loved her, yet how easily the wrong words and influences could lead someone down a path of despair.

As someone who understands the heaviness of mental health, I saw the warning signs clearly.

The film illustrates how addiction can distort reality, making it easy for someone to lose hope.

When someone is suffering, positive reinforcement and understanding are crucial. Words can either uplift or cut deep, and in the wrong hands, they can push a fragile soul further into darkness.

This story serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of empathy, love, and believing in one another.

It’s a call to be that support system for those in need, showing them that there is light even in the depths of their struggles.

Love truly is healing, and sometimes, just knowing that someone believes in you can make all the difference. 💔That’s my thoughts anyway xo
