As the curtain closes on this year’s AACTA Awards, we’re proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of projects that Trackdown Studios had the privilege of contributing to.

Much like the Technical Awards Night, the winners across Best Film, TV Series, and Documentary all had a touch of Trackdown magic:

✨ Best Film – Better Man: Supervising Music Editing by Tim Ryan, Music Editing by Craig Beckett & Liam Moses
✨ Best Mini-Series – Boy Swallows Universe: Music Editorial by Tim Ryan & Craig Beckett, ADR Recording by Liam Moses & Assistant Engineer Charlie Howe
✨ Best Drama Series – Heartbreak High (Season 2): Edited in the Trackdown Studios Production Suites
✨ Best Documentary – Otto by Otto: Score Engineering & Mixing by Craig Beckett

A huge congratulations to all the winners and creative teams behind these incredible productions! We’re honored to have played a part in bringing these stories to life.

Congratulations to all the winners at the AACTA Awards last night!

While the Trackdown team didn't take the win we wanted for Better Man, we are thrilled with our contributions to the amazing projects that did take home a trophy. In fact, Trackdown had their hands on every project that took away the Best Sound Award in each category....

Best Sound for a Feature Film
Winner: Furiosa - This film was Scored here at Trackdown Studios by Craig Beckett (Score Engineer), Liam Moses (Pro Tools Operator), Charlie Howe & Isaac Ross (Ass. Engineers). Our very own Liam Moses even recorded some ADR for this project.

Best Sound for Television
Winner: Boy Swallows Universe - Music Editorial was done by Tim Ryan and Craig Beckett, as well as some ADR recording by Liam Moses & Ass. Engineer Charlie Howe.

Best Sound for a Documentary
Winner: Mozart’s Sister - This film was mixed here at Trackdown Studios by Damien Jory; the Orchestra was Recorded at Trackdown by Richard Hundy & our Liam Moses, and last but not least the score was written by long-time friend of Trackdown Ms. Jessica Wells!

Congratulations again to all last night's winners, and all other the wins Better Man & Boy Swallows Universe took out in other categories!
