Whenever people talk about Capas, the conversation usually becomes about New Clark City.

But I think many people are looking at the wrong thing.

Instead of focusing on renderings and future promises, I prefer looking at who is actually investing today.

Why are developers like Filinvest, Hann, WRLD, Goshen, Aboitiz, and others paying attention to this area?

Why are industrial parks, government institutions, housing projects, and energy infrastructure being built around Capas?

That’s the question I explore in this episode.

My view is simple:

Developers don’t spend billions of pesos because they like presentations.
