A little announcement about New Australia Radio !

After about 10 years of New Australia Radio on Eastside Radio 89.7FM , we will be moving to 2MBS Fine Music Sydney .

Over that time its estimated we broadcast over 700 hours of new Australian music, 1000+ new release premieres, 200+ interviews with Australian musicians, and created a community of artists and listeners that could easily interact with each other without any silliness in between.

After co-hosting with friend and colleague Keyna Wilkins for a few months in 2024, we will continue co-hosting together.

My favourite moments hosting have been interviewing a brilliant 15-year old original RnB singer who'd entirely self produced her first album, who brought her mum along to the interview too. And also interviewing music legend NGAIIRE about her continual and on going international successes.

We begin in February at Fine Music, with our new show focusing on living jazz artists, titled 'Living Jazz in Australia'.
