The RWA is proud to unveil a bold new alternate logo as part of a broader brand evolution. While our signature oxblood red-and-white “RWA - Rob Woodburn Agency” logo remains our official emblem, this new design — “RWA – It’s an Advantage “— is a modern expression of the values we’ve built our name on.
“This is an aesthetic evolution, not a departure,” says Founder Rob Woodburn. “It reflects the precision, persistence, and professionalism that define how we work. Clean. Clear. Distinct.”
The new look also pays quiet tribute to where it all began.
Rob launched his career at the legendary William Morris Agency in Los Angeles over 25 years ago. A student of Hollywood’s rep game, he built RWA on the same timeless values: discretion, loyalty, and long-term career vision.
That ethos still guides everything we do — across film, television, theatre, commercials and digital.
🌍 And the momentum is real: In June alone, RWA clients are shooting across Australia, Canada, Thailand, and Malta. That’s the power of global reach, delivered with a hands-on, career-focused approach.
The new mark will roll out across select creative platforms and materials, while our full name and classic identity remain central to the RWA brand.
