These biscotti are perfect for dunking in your morning coffee ☕️🍪
❤️ Ingredients: 1kg self-raising flour, 400g sugar, 8 eggs (700g), 2 tbsp vanilla sugar, 200g melted butter, 200g chocolate chips, 600g roasted almonds
❤️ Instructions:
– Chop almonds
– Beat eggs with sugar
– Add melted butter + vanilla sugar
– Stir in almonds, then flour
– Mix in choc chips and knead by hand
– Roll dough, cut into pieces
– Shape and flatten on tray
– Bake at 180°C for 20 mins
– Cool, slice, then bake again at 150°C until golden (flip halfway)
