Sometimes the biggest battle is just in your head.

I had leg day that morning, my legs were already sore, and I only went out for a little run… somehow it turned into 30KM. 😂

No preparation, barely any carbs, no water, no electrolytes. Was it painful? YES. But I kept going.

It’s crazy what your body is capable of when your mind doesn’t give up.

Definitely don’t recommend running 30km unprepared 😂 but damn… we’re capable of so much more than we think.

No hate to anyone who owns one 😂 I know utes are super practical for work and you can fit sooo much in the back. But I feel like these days a lot of people don’t even have them for work anymore… they just genuinely LOVE them as their personal car 😭 And that’s the part I don’t understand 😂
