909 KICKZ PODCAST — THIS IS OUR CULTURE.

Representing Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 and connecting with the underground scene worldwide.

909 Kickz is about more than just music.

It’s about the raves, the clubs, the warehouses, the record labels, the festivals the promoters and the people who built the scene.

The DJs who played the records.
The producers who made them.
The MCs who controlled the crowd.
The promoters who took the risks and made the parties happen.
And the ravers who lived it.

From the pioneers who helped build the scene to the artists pushing it forward today, 909 Kickz gives them a platform to tell their stories in their own words.

The stories behind the music.
The madness behind the parties.
The moments you won’t find on a Wikipedia page.

No algorithms. No bu****it. Just real conversations with the people who lived it.

From Sydney to Rotterdam. Amsterdam to Rome. And everywhere the 909 kick drum takes us.

This is underground rave culture.
This is our history.
This is 909 Kickz.

You can’t talk about MCs in the Australian rave scene without mentioning MC Losty.

For more than two decades, Losty has been one of the most recognisable voices in Australian hard dance from the legendary Sydney Utopia and Powerhouse rave era, through Defqon.1, HSU and some of the country’s biggest festivals.

But Losty’s story stretches far beyond the rave scene. He’s built a successful hip hop career, topped Australian iTunes charts and shared stages with artists including Wu-Tang Clan, Ice Cube, Naughty By Nature, Tech N9ne, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Method Man & Redman and many more.

Today, Losty continues to bridge those worlds, touring and releasing hardstyle alongside Firelite, with tracks signed to Dirty Workz, including Keep On Fighting, Supernova, Find Myself and the 2026 Rawzone Arena anthem, Enter The Rawzone.

From old-school Sydney raves to hip hop stages and modern hardstyle festivals, Losty has seen and been part of an incredible piece of Australian dance music history.

And now he joins us on 909 Kickz Podcast to tell the stories behind it.
