Seeing mental health struggles in my own home scared me.

I remember thinking, “If I don’t seek help now… what if I become like my dad?”

That fear pushed me to seek help.
And looking back, maybe that was the beginning of my healing. ❤️

Nothing truly prepares you for motherhood. ❤️

Motherhood has shown me a kind of love I never knew existed — beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and unconditional all at once. It has challenged me, softened me, strengthened me, and helped me discover parts of myself I never knew were there.

Life was never the same after becoming a mother… and neither was I. 🤍

Motherhood didn’t just give me my children. It gave me a whole new version of me. 🌸
