Have you ever wondered what it would be like to move the Leaning Tower of Pisa? Me either.
Now I know.

This epic cake was 55cm tall and about 50kg of delicious Salted Caramel Mud cake for One Year Of Beer birthday party!

I loved making this one. The delivery to Manly was the most stressful thing I've done in a while though!

Happy Halloween!

This is my favourite Halloween cake I've made. Even though I've only made about 3 Halloween cakes. Nevertheless, a chocolate lolly filled moon makes everything better!

Managed to sneak some of my crystal candy skulls on there too!
