So I found these amazing little containers today at my local for $2.40!! So I just had to buy 3! It holds one of the (500mg of and 2.5mg of ) one of my tablets and one of my tablets. Instead of me messing around with bottles every morning it’s all now in a little container I can just pop the lid open and take to thank you to for creating such an awesome little device that takes up so little space. I even have one ready in my gym bag to take such a handy thing to have.

I found this Amazing sauce in Toowoomba Fresh for $5 in the Wilsonton Shopping Centre. It’s not really spicy it’s got more of a sweetchilli kind of taste to it. I definitely can’t wait to try it on a coleslaw crunchy salad I think it will go amazing with a chicken salad wrap. 10/10 in my opinion not too sweet and not too much spice. A little bit will go a long way.

The perfect beginner exercise to me is the squat- its super easy and gives you amazing results. If your able to sit on a chair or a couch then you can do these. Honestly you would be amazed at how many you do a day! Squats help tone up your: gluteus (butt), quadriceps (front of your thigh), hamstrings (back of your thigh), abductor ( groin), hip flexors and your calves (back of your leg below the knee). NO equipment needed, to make it easier you can even put a chair behind you and squat onto the chair just make sure you don't actually sit :P
