𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 - 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙢𝙚.” That’s cute…
but let’s be honest — we all know most of these don’t survive past January.
And that’s not because you’re lazy or because you lack discipline. It’s because most goals are made in a moment… not built into a system.
Real goals aren’t wishes.
They’re written.
They’re revisited.
They’re adjusted when life gets busy — we don’t abandoned them.
If you want something to last longer than a few weeks, here’s what I’ve found actually works:
✍️ Write your goals down (clarity beats motivation every time).
🗓 Revisit them weekly — not just on January 1.
🔁 Ask: Does this still align with the life I’m building?
⚖️ Progress over perfection — consistency wins.
I’ve stopped chasing “fresh starts.”
I build momentum instead.
Because the life you want isn’t created in January.
It’s created in the quiet, unsexy follow-through — especially when no one’s watching.
If you’re setting goals this year, you should save this.
And if you want to do it with structure, DM me “GOALS” — I’ll show you how I plan mine.
