This week Trafalgar Fire Brigade stopped by our warehouse to practice their BA (Breathing Apparatus) and Search & Rescue training. Using a smoke machine, they recreated the conditions of a real fire and worked on navigating, searching, and rescuing in near-zero visibility.

It was great to watch the crew put their skills into action, and we’re glad we could provide the space for such important training.

Thank you to the Trafalgar Fire Brigade for all the work they do to keep our community safe.

📱 Phone Network Trouble Alert! 📱

We’re currently dealing with some mobile phone network problems—thanks to scheduled maintenance, our calls are a bit all over the place. Sometimes they don’t come through at all, and when they do, we can barely hear a thing. Super fun, right?

But don’t worry—we’re still here and easy to reach! If it’s urgent, just shoot us a message (text or socials), flick us an email, or fill out our enquiry form.

📡 UPDATE – 3:45PM

Well… it looks like the temporary fix was exactly that – temporary! 😅

The Earls Road transmission tower is down again. We're still waiting on the right services to come through and carry out the permanent repair, but at this stage, we don’t have a confirmed timeframe for when that will happen.

We know it’s frustrating and we’re right there with you. As always, we’ll share any new info as soon as we get it. Thanks again for your patience and understanding 🙏

Good news! The Earls Road transmission tower is back online! 🎉 It’s a temporary fix for now, and it should hold up until other services can swing by for a permanent repair 🔧🤞.
