In 2025, artist Robyn te Velde unveiled an extraordinary 2.6mt commissioned Triptych artwork, mixed media on timber featuring a sculptured n**e shopper wearing nothing more than her red stilettos.

Robyn often features the female form, so she quickly warmed to this brief, to feature a n**e 3D sculptured female who is clearly ‘feeling the notes’ as the foreground centre piece, in a vibrant city backdrop amidst the bustle of shoppers… hence the title of this painting.

Stopping the traffic with unapologetic femininity, the shopper proudly displays her favourite designer bags loaded up on each arm as she crosses a busy city street, alive with dazzling energy at the end of her big day, in a secret Sydney suburb.

Robyn was inspired as she thought about the creative spoofery and humour she could see coming to life in this collaboration. Amidst this lofty brief was a request for a 3D red Ferrari Sports Car with a friendly chauffeur standing by, and a 3D saxophone busker wearing a red jacket! Robyn was already 'feeling the notes' and could see the power of red playing out in these 3 show stopping sculptural features set in the foreground of each piece.

Following her big spend on Shop-a-lot Strip and a visit to Shop-a-Holic Headquarters the n**e shopper steals the show, her newly quaffed champagne-gold highlights flowing boldly in the breeze.

The centre of attention, lapping up the euphoria, the n**e shopper's day was well underway as she crosses the street, her shiny red stilettos striking the keys of what felt like a grand piano… while the Saxophone’s energy and colourful notes play right on her heels!

In celebration of life, love and family a request was brought to life, as Robyn planted the family’s star signs in the footpath outside the Five Star Corner Florist, the La de da Café Bar and the Scorpio Busker Bar where friends and family socialise at the end of the day.

Will the red Ferrari and chauffer provide the perfect pick-up to the n**e shopper’s successful day?

With a number of art awards awards and commissions under her belt and a master of colour - Robyn has injected a vibrant colour pallet, the power of red and highlights of contemporary metallics to bring this painting to life.

Loaded with WOW factor this unique 3D artwork will delight viewers… and be a fun conversation piece for many years and perhaps generations.

Today, we are proud to introduce a woman whose name has become synonymous with creativity, vision, and compassion in the Illawarra.

Robyn te Velde is an accomplished entrepreneur, recognised international stylist and World Hairdressing Champion - Gold Medalist, award winning artist, and one of the region’s most respected community advocates. With a career spanning more than five decades, Robyn has shaped the Australian beauty and fashion landscape, from leading national artistic teams to training and mentoring the next generation of stylists through her own academy and creative enterprises.

Beyond her professional achievements, Robyn is best known for her transformative contribution to the Illawarra community. As the founder of Highlights on Mental Health, she created one of the region’s most impactful grassroots initiatives, combining fashion, creativity and purpose to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and empower local youth. Her signature event, Illawarra’s Top Model, became a powerful platform for confidence-building, fundraising, and community engagement.

In recognition of her service to the region, Robyn was named Wollongong Citizen of the Year and later received the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) honours that reflect her lifelong dedication to helping others and strengthening community wellbeing.
