Customer service today moves fast. It’s public, emotional, and often under pressure. But at its core, it’s still about solving problems, building trust, and creating meaningful connections.
Not every frustration needs to become a headline.
And not every delay is a disaster, it’s often just part of running a real-world, growing business with moving parts and real people behind the scenes.
Good service doesn’t mean saying yes to everything.
Integrity means showing up even when the answer is no, and even when we know that might not land well with everyone.
We will always honour our Terms and Conditions, including the responsibility to protect customer privacy. This means we will not publicly share personal account details or correspondence, even when doing so could clarify the situation.
However, once a customer breaches those terms, our ability to assist or resolve matters becomes limited. We remain committed to fairness, but healthy boundaries must be upheld on both sides.
Be kind. Be honest. But remember: being online doesn’t mean being endlessly available for scrutiny.
Protect your energy. Speak your truth when the time is right.
Boundaries aren’t barriers they’re a form of self-respect.
Respect goes both ways. Boundaries make it sustainable.
And we’re here for the long game.
